Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Jossef Salman (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to run the site, answer messages and send the newsletter.

What we collect

• Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email address.
• Contact form: the name, email address and message you send us.
• Usage data: anonymous statistics about page visits, collected by our hosting provider to understand which pages are read.

How we use it

We use your email address only to send the newsletter you asked for — new articles, book news and occasional announcements — and to reply to messages you send us. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

This website is hosted by WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.), which also processes newsletter subscriptions, contact-form messages and site statistics on our behalf. Links to Amazon and other retailers take you to their sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work and for basic statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to us through the contact page.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
